For Referring Providers

Ghalo Mental Health accepts referrals from primary care providers, therapists, and other clinicians for patients ages 12 and up who need psychiatric evaluation or ongoing medication management in the Houston area.

What we treat

ADHD, anxiety, depression, and general psychiatric medication management, provided by Caleb Ighalo, PMHNP BC, at our Cypress Station location.

Insurance accepted

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Medicare.

How to refer

Call us at (832) 271-5888, fax at (281) 978-6791, or email admin@ghalomh.com. Include the patient’s name, contact information, and reason for referral.
